Quali sono le influencer più seguite nel mondo del fashion green?

Se dovessimo fare pronostici già da ora, per cosa saranno ricordati questi anni Dieci del Duemila? Beh, sicuramente non potremo non citare Instagram e l’emergenza ambientale.

Oceani invasi dalla plastica, aumento delle temperature e scioglimento dei ghiacciai. D’altro canto Instagram e la sua community sono in crescita costante mentre i big della moda collaborano e si fanno influenzare sempre più dagli influencer.

Si parla di social media e automaticamente si fa riferimento alla Generazione Z. Tutti noi amiamo Instagram, fonte irrinunciabile di aggiornamento e d’ispirazione. Quando si ha tra le mani la possibilità di raggiungere milioni di persone con un semplice click, la responsabilità di ciò che viene pubblicato c’è e bisogna tenerne di conto.

Non solo moda, trend e lifestyle: gli influencer oggi guidano il cambiamento verso stili di vita più sostenibili. Dai personaggi pubblici alle persone comuni, tutti si stanno muovendo condividendo non solo opinioni e informazioni, ma soprattuto le loro scelte quotidiane nel segno della sostenibilità.

In un’epoca dove le generazioni sono sempre più influenzate dalle parole e dallo stile di vita degli Instagrammer, è qui che si fa largo divulgando un messaggio positivo tra folla del network, la figura del Green Influencer.

«Abbiamo solo una vita per cambiare le cose, e preservare il mondo per chi verrà dopo».

Donne moderne, eleganti, raffinate, ma anche forti e soprattutto molto determinate a trasmettere a tutte le donne il loro messaggio riguardo a una maggiore consapevolezza su come vestiamo e ciò che indossiamo tutti i giorni.

Queste “eroine moderne” sono persone con grande talento che cercano di costruire una presenza di alto profilo nella società attraverso le scelte che compiono ogni giorno, e soprattutto per la loro visione di un mondo più “consapevole”.

“Mentre il fashion System è fatto di persone, la moda diventa manifesto di femminismo. Lo indosserò almeno 30 volte?”, questo è quanto dichiarato recentemente al Telegraph da Livia Firth, moglie del celebre attore Colin Firth, che ha scosso il mondo del fashion e non solo con il progetto Eco-Age, dove si occupa a tempo pieno in veste di Founder e di Creative director.

Spesso agiamo senza riflettere e senza pensare all’impatto che anche un piccolo gesto può avere nel nostro presente e futuro:

  • Guardare cosa si ha già nell’armadio;
  • Valorizzare i vestiti che non indossiamo più;
  • Swap Party;
  • Stilare una lista dei capi che veramente ci servono;
  • Ed infine, comprare quello che veramente ci serve.

Ogni volta che indosso un suo vestito mi immagino come potesse stare addosso a lei e penso a quanto mi piacerebbe avere una sua foto tra le mani, vestita uguale a me. Da quando avevo 12 anni e andavo alle medie, mi faceva frugare nel suo armadio per scegliere dei capi che poi mi regalava e che io indossavo con orgoglio, perché sentivo già il fascino del vintage. Tralasciando i compagni di classe delle medie che mi prendevano in giro quando notavano capi palesemente anni ‘70, io mi sono sempre sentita a mio agio e unica nell’indossarli. Ricordo la mia nonna anche così, attraverso i suoi vestiti che fanno ora parte del mio armadio e che custodisco come preziosi tesori. E quando vedo gli occhi di Emma Rose illuminarsi e la sento chiedermi: “Quando sarò grande mi darai questo vestito?” non posso che prometterle con gioia che sarà anche suo, un giorno ✨ #armadiosostenibile #vintage #ilovevintage #armadiodellanonna

@carotilla_ si definisce “un’ambasciatrice dell’eco-sostenibilità”, ma il suo focus è la moda. Il suo progetto più recente è Amorilla, una linea interamente realizzata in cotone organico e fibre naturali. Camilla ha dato un taglio drastico, trasferendosi da Verona a New York. Con i suoi consigli cerca di sensibilizzare le coscienze sull’industria della moda.

🥖♻️ 6 months on from Earth Day, it's time to introduce… the #PlasticLessCampaign! Earlier this year, I took part in a shoot alongside some familiar faces such as @toritsui_ @earthwanderess and @semisustainableman @thewastedblog to demonstrate the easy swaps that many of us can be making to use less plastic. (Catch the full video on my IG TV or over at @mollieroseuk.) I'm all about demanding systemic change but when it's possible to do so, we can start making changes at home, too.⁣ ⁣ We're not talking about going plastic-free because for a lot of us, that's still pretty tricky. Some of the easy swaps include wax food wraps (seen with me, here!), in order to combat the amount of cling-film waste that's created each year. I actually haven't seen cling-film in my house for a long time and the wax wraps we use have lasted for months (just make sure you wash them regularly!).⁣ ⁣ I challenge YOU to tag a friend and make this one simple switch together today. Helping the planet doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or only good if you’re acting perfectly. Well, this isn’t what I was going to talk about this morning, but here goes. It is never okay to talk negatively about someone’s weight or shape—not on my posts, not on anyone’s posts, and not in life in general. You do not know what is going on in a person’s life or in their head. You do not know if that person is content with or insecure about their weight or size. You do not know if that person tries so hard yet struggles to make visible progress by going to the gym and/or eating healthily. You do not know if that person has an eating disorder that your comments might trigger. You do not know anything. I don’t care if you’re a health professional, a fitness junkie, or just a damn troll, but no one is asking for your insensitive remarks. Check your fatphobia, and learn to refrain from voicing hurtful, unnecessary thoughts to others. I try to keep a thick skin in this space, but dang, every once in a while stuff like this can really sting. I’m just a person trying to share my love of clothes and some body positivity, and I don’t need to be told over and over again that I’m overweight. Please try to be nice to others on (and off) the internet.
